Naturally Dyed Basket Weaving Workshop (for up to 8 participants)

garbella studio: 5202 Carnegie St. PGH, PA 15201- Lawrenceville

Join us for a collaborative workshop between Savidge Baskets and garbella! Workshop participants will learn how to naturally dye basket reed using plants and flowers + how to weave a basket with the dyed reed in a small group setting. Join us to make your own basket (shape TBD!) with reed that you naturally dyed while learning some basic fundamentals of basket weaving. Transfer a bit of the summer abundance to your basket with naturally dyed color and weave beautiful and useful basket!

Each participant will go home with their own custom made, unique, botanically dyed mini market basket!

CLASS DETAILS:

Our workshops are located in our upper Lawrenceville studio. There are 3 steps to the front door. Please email with any accessibility questions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you!

This workshop is for participants 18 and older unless accompanied by an adult. Please email us with questions regarding anyone younger than 18.

For a full refund, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel after this, then we will do our best to fill the spot and if we do, then we will offer you a gift certificate for a future workshop or product. You are welcome to transfer or gift the workshop slot to someone in the event you are unable to make it .

Our workshops require a minimum of 4 participants in order to be held. If a workshop does not meet this minimum, you will be notified ahead of time and will receive a full refund.
